With over two decades of experience across the military, education, technology, and non-profit sectors, she has served as a CEO of a $30M non-profit, U.S. Air Force Captain, and a brand manager at a Fortune 200 company. Analiza serves on the boards of AARP and Taylor Morrison (NYSE: TMHC) and specializes in driving transformative change, advancing equity-based leadership, and empowering leaders to tap into their authentic selves. Charles Anderson

Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist
Charles Anderson is a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist in the San Francisco Bay Area (Fairfield, CA). Charles received his Bachelor of Science Degree in Psychology from the University of Phoenix, and a Master's Degree in Counseling Psychology from the University of Phoenix as well. Charles is currently a Doctoral candidate at National University. Charles pursued his degree in Marriage and Family therapy after spending years in the construction industry as a project engineer working on Biopharmaceutical companies and Major Hospitals in Northern California. During this process Charles was the Executive Director for an Outpatient Dual Diagnosis Substance Abuse center in Fairfield, CA for 5 years until establishing his private practice. Charles was in the United States Air Force where he served as an aircraft mechanic seeing combat action in the Gulf War, Operation Desert Shield, and Operation Endure Freedom.

Jason Corder

Founder/CEO of Digital Addiction
Jason Corder, born in San Francisco in 1969, is a TEDx and Keynote Speaker and the founder and CEO of Digital Addiction Prevention, a company focused on giving people, young and old, the tools and mentorship needed to control their own mental and physical health. A graduate of Swarthmore College and a life-long storyteller, he created Kenya's first comedy-drama series, as well as its first reality show, and spent a decade as a successful producer/writer/actor exploring issues that affected Africans. Corder has concurrently enjoyed a career as a Cultural Envoy doing impactful projects for U.S. embassies around the world, focusing on issues that affect developing nations. Having spent more than two decades living abroad, in Africa and Europe, he hones this global perspective into talks, programs, podcast conversations and the like, to deepen dialogue and heighten perception. He lives with his three sons in Arizona.

He's also a TEDx speaker and best-selling author on reducing stress - helping transform burned out unhappy workers, which costs U.S. businesses $1.9 trillion in lost productivity(1), into engaged employees. He’s a sought-after guest on podcasts, and lastly, but certainly not least, he is a certified Laughter Yoga Ambassador and improv comedy cast member, supporting his community to laugh more and stress less.
