We held a TED Talk viewing session with a group, and the theme was "Escape."

One's position in society, existing stereotypes, societal norms, expectations from others, and the pressure to conform—these factors often confine us, mentally, socially, and creatively. The stifling notion of "this must be done this way" or the deeply ingrained custom of "this is just how things are" frequently create a sense of entrapment in modern society. While these issues can manifest overtly, as seen with gender, racial, or religious disparities, they can also become so normalized that they go unnoticed.

Questioning what is considered "normal" is profoundly challenging, and escaping from the unconscious confines of such norms is even more so. However, by stepping beyond these boundaries, we unlock the potential for new perspectives and innovative possibilities. This act of breaking free becomes the starting point for personal transformation and groundbreaking innovation, embodying the theme that "Ideas change everything."
