Monserrat is a nuclear engineer, pianist, and thought leader passionate about personal and spiritual growth. Montserrat works on major UK Nuclear projects and is the IMechE lead on an engineering committee of 35 people, while simultaneously developing her personal brand. His TEDx talks in Italy have gone viral, garnering hundreds of thousands of views. He shares his research and insights in schools and leading companies, illustrating how to neuroscientifically foster motivation among workers. A student of the renowned American life coach Robert Johnson, he founded an ethical movement uniting hundreds of under-30 talents to guide younger generations. Today, he manages communication for prominent companies and conducts research in behavioral economics, neuroscience, motivation and personal development.

SIya Marwah

Siya Marwah is a Bsc Psychology Final year student at the University of Bath. A certified yoga instructor, and a Bachelor of Arts holder in Indian classical dance and music, Siya is the founder of Kulaa.fit, a platform that bridges fitness and Indian art forms that promote holistic well-being. She was also the Co Founder & Treasurer of the Bath Indian Dance Society. She spent a year at the Bio Behavioural Pain Innovations lab at Harvard University conducting research on pain management, and contributed to college clubs, and international conferences.

Thando Best

Economics Student

Thando is currently a first-year economics student at the University of Bath, with an interest in problem solving leading to career interests in consulting or corporate finance. Reflecting on his personal experiences through adolescence, he aims to challenge conventional opinions on speech, offering a new perspective surrounding the power and importance of effective communication. Outside of academia and professional development, his fondness for outdoors led him to be an officer cadet for the Bristol University Officer Training Corps, and is a keen Olympic weightlifter, with an interest in strength-based sports.
