These individuals embody the spirit of progress and change, pushing boundaries and reshaping the landscape of what is possible. Their resilience in the face of adversity and their unwavering commitment to their vision serve as beacons of inspiration for those around them. Through their actions, they demonstrate the power of perseverance, creativity, and boldness in overcoming obstacles and driving positive transformation in society. Their stories serve as reminders that with courage and determination, one can break through barriers and shape a brighter tomorrow for all.

The Founder and CEO of PT Braja Biru Abadi, a company known for introducing the “Integrated Marketing System,” which merges traditional and digital marketing approaches. He has offered digital marketing consultation to prominent firms, including PT Seraya Perkasa Mututama, and served as Business Development at Ekle’s Aesthetic & Laser Clinic—recognized as Indonesia’s “Fastest Growing Aesthetic Clinic” in 2020. He actively shares his expertise at various seminars, adapting Guerilla Marketing concepts introduced by Jay Conrad Levinson to deliver impactful results with minimal resources. A dedicated social activist, he mentors and speaks in schools, universities, and community organizations across Jabodetabek. He also writes children’s books and has published thousands of copies across multiple titles.

Enta Fadila

Enta Fadila Tapisa is a dynamic leader and advocate for personal growth through reflective practices. As an LPDP Awardee and MSc graduate in Management from the University of Glasgow, she excelled in roles as a Project Manager for a collaboration between international donor and local community in Indonesia, impactful initiatives that drive collaboration and innovation which benefited around 2,500 aspiring studying abroad enthusiasts. Currently she handles projects among five local communities and international donors focusing on women, education, and development.

Martyn Terpilowski

Founder & CEO Bhumi Varta Technology
Martyn is now the principal investor and key strategist at Bhumi Varta Technology, or BVT, a deep-tech company that leads the way in geospatial intelligence and mapping solutions. Through cutting-edge software and machine learning, BVT provides businesses with data-driven insights for logistics, site selection, sales management, geotagging, and much more. Today, BVT’s solutions support governments, enterprises, and even mining operations in real-time decision-making across Indonesia. But Martyn’s vision goes beyond technology. His work emphasizes building collaborations between businesses, startups, and government to foster a thriving ecosystem that embraces data-driven solutions and adaptable strategies.

Refo Ramadhan

Musician
Refo Alpa Ramadhan, known by his stage names Refo and Fauna, is an Indonesian Sound Engineer and Music Producer celebrated for his offbeat, comedic songwriting. An alumnus of SAE Indonesia, he initially experimented with quirky tunes as part of a college assignment, which led to viral hits like “Teman Teman Ku Udah Nikah Aku Masih Nonton Spongebob,” “Aku Dipecat,” and “Aku Udah Bisa Goreng Nugget Sendiri”, each garnering hundreds of thousands of streams on Spotify. Beyond producing and mixing, Refo’s roles as a session saxophonist and playback sequencer highlight his versatility in the music industry. Having released one album, two EPs, and various singles, his playful and improvisational style sparks conversations about everyday life, illustrating how humor and spontaneity can drive creativity and resonate with a wide audience.

Riko Reinarto, a dedicated educator, visionary entrepreneur, and advocate for social impact. Riko serves as a Part-time Lecturer at Universitas Prasetiya Mulya, where he inspires students to think critically and embrace innovation, equipping them to navigate an ever-changing world. In addition to his role in academia, Riko is the Co-Founder of Tanare, a forward-thinking venture that fosters creativity and innovation to address modern challenges. He is also the Co-Founder of Esok Hari Society, an initiative dedicated to empowering communities and creating meaningful societal change through collaboration and shared responsibility.
