In today's world, the term "global citizenship" is widely used, encompassing the shared responsibility of every individual for the well-being of the global community. However, a pressing question arises: how can we influence global issues by addressing them at the local level?

One answer to this question lies in the concept of OiLAN. OiLAN represents a fusion of thoughts and ideas concentrated in a single space, serving as a hub for reflection and discussion within the community. This concept acts as a bridge between global citizenship and local initiatives. Global citizenship encourages us to view the world as a whole, where issues in one area affect us all. At the same time, the local landscape is an integral part of this global panorama. Addressing problems at the local level can have significant repercussions for the global situation. Rather than treating global and local events separately, OiLAN advocates for the integration of these approaches.

Ideas generated within local communities can serve as a starting point for developing solutions that not only tackle local issues but also contribute to addressing global challenges. Essentially, OiLAN embodies a harmonious integration of global and local perspectives, fostering collaborative thinking to achieve positive changes on both scales.
