With nearly 16 years of expertise in procurement and supply chain management, Elchin Musayev brings unparalleled insights into modern business practices. A graduate of Azerbaijan University of Languages in European Studies and International Relations, Elchin pursued a Master’s in Management at the Graduate School of Management in Malaysia. As a CIPS-certified international procurement specialist and recognized trainer, he has honed his expertise through advanced training in the U.S. and Germany. Currently serving as Deputy Head of the Operations Procurement and Supply Department at SOCAR, Elchin oversees IT and digital project procurement across the organization, driving innovation and operational excellence.
Elnur Azizov

Elnur Azizov is an experienced educator with 15 years of expertise in the field of non-formal education. He holds a TOT (Training of Trainers) certification and is a certified trainer. He has contributed to the Future Leaders Awareness Program (FLAP.az), where hhe participated as a team member in designing the project. Currently, he works as a consultant, trainer, and mentor in this initiative.
In addition to his work in education and training, Elnur is also an event organizer, actively planning and managing educational and community-focused events.
Since 2018, he has been managing his personal project, "Atabəylər Club", the aim of which is to raise awareness about the role of fathers in child-rearing, organizing activities, seminars, and meetings to promote greater involvement of fathers in their children’s upbringing.
