On December 2, 2024, at 10:20 AM, Nativity Preparatory School hosted a TEDxYouth@Wilmington event focused on inspiring the next generation of leaders and innovators.
The event began with a viewing of "Three Pillars of Success from a Teen Entrepreneur" by Pierce Millar, delivered at TEDxCCHS Youth. This compelling talk explored the key principles of entrepreneurial success through the eyes of a young, driven business leader.
Following the talk, the 12 eighth grade students engaged in an in-depth discussion, unpacking what it takes to build a thriving business and envisioning the future of entrepreneurship. Topics ranged from essential business qualities like adaptability and innovation to emerging trends shaping the world of work and commerce.
